Collaborative Law Section
The Collaborative Law Section will meet on Wednesday, March 26th at 5:30p.m. in the Upstairs Conferene Room of the Bar Association building. This meeting was scheduled in lieu of the CLE seminar that was cancelled.
The Collaborative Law Section won't meet in April so that our members and regular attendees can take advantage of all of the fabulous trainings and meetings that week - including Law Day and the Administrative Office of the Court's three-day Collaborative Law Training.
In lieu of our May meeting, we'll plan to meet on Thursday, June 12th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Montgomery County Bar Building (27 West Jefferson Street, Rockville MD). We'll be discussing the differences between mediation and the collaborative process, and how to help your potential clients choose the method that is best for them.
The Collaborative Law Section will also be entertaining ideas for next year’s section meetings. What presentations would you like to see about Collaborative Law? Please bring your suggestions to share at the June meeting.
Realtor Jeanne Koerber of RE/MAX Town Center provides great food for our meetings!
You do not need to be a member of our Section or collaboratively trained to attend our meetings.
While only attorneys can join the Section, we welcome collaborative practitioners of any profession to attend our meetings.
PLEASE RSVP to Joan Weiss at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks and see you then!
Joan M. Weiss
